childcare vouchers

I am self employed and looking into using "childcare vouchers" so that I can pay some of our childcare costs from my business.
Most of the information I have found talks about getting vouchers from your company to pay for your child care services.
As I am self-employed, I AM my company, and I don't have these vouchers. Do I need to do anything special or is this scheme only open to larger companies?

As I understand it, you do not vouchers as such, that is just an easy way for larger companies to give the option to staff without paying money out to the staff. The nursery can use the vouchers to get the money from the company.
If you are smaller, then you have to make sure that all invoices etc. are made out to and paid from your company. You can't claim it back as expenses for example.
Check with your accountant to be sure though!
